Our artisan partners carefully handcraft each collection using traditional techniques passed down through generations.

3. Arrival in New York

Once production is complete, every piece is shipped to our New York studio, where it is carefully unpacked and individually inspected by our team.

4. On Its Way to You

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey home.

Every pre-order helps support the continuation of traditional Italian craftsmanship by allowing our artisan partners to produce in thoughtful, limited batches.

Rather than mass-producing inventory, we work closely with small workshops across Italy to create collections in limited production runs throughout the year. Pre-ordering gives you the opportunity to reserve your piece before it arrives in New York.

We'll keep you informed throughout the process and email you whenever there's a meaningful update, including when your collection is on its way to New York and when your order is ready to ship.

Why are some pieces available on pre-order?

Because our collections are handcrafted by small workshops across Italy, many pieces are produced in limited batches throughout the year. Pre-ordering allows you to reserve your piece before it arrives in New York.

When will my order ship?

Every pre-order product displays its own estimated shipping date on the product page.

These dates are our best estimate based on production schedules and international freight. While delays are uncommon, handmade production and international shipping can occasionally affect delivery timelines. If anything changes, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

When will I be charged?

Payment is taken when you place your order to reserve your piece.

Can I order pre-order and in-stock items together?

Absolutely. You can order both pre-order and in-stock pieces in the same order.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

You may cancel your pre-order within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

After 48 hours, production will have been reserved with our artisans in Italy. If you choose to cancel your pre-order after this time, we'll happily issue store credit in line with our standard returns policy.
