OUR SHIPPING GUARANTEE

We specialize in shipping delicate glassware and fragile objects.

Many of our pieces are handmade by artisans in Italy, and we take great care to ensure they arrive safely.

Every order is carefully inspected, cleaned, and hand-packed in our New York studio using a multi-layer protective packing system designed specifically for fragile pieces.

We ship delicate Murano glassware every day and have extensive experience packing fragile objects safely.

Our packing system is designed to safely ship multiple delicate pieces together, so you can confidently build a collection.

All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

• UPS Ground — flat rates calculated based on order size and weight

• UPS Expedited — calculated based on distance and order size

• DHL International — available for all orders outside the United States

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 48 hours.

For additional security, orders over $400 include complimentary Signature Required delivery.

While we take great care packing every order, shipping carriers occasionally mishandle packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@rosemaryhome.com with photos of the item and packaging.

Because all shipments are insured, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Whenever possible, we will provide a replacement so you can enjoy your purchase as intended.

Once a package leaves our studio it is in the care of the shipping carrier. While delays or customs holds can occasionally occur, we will always assist in resolving any issues that arise.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DUTIES

We offer DHL international shipping for all orders outside the United States.

At checkout we provide Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. This means all import duties, local taxes, and customs fees are calculated and paid at the time of purchase.

Because duties are prepaid, your package can often move through customs more quickly and arrive without unexpected charges.

Please note that customs authorities may occasionally hold packages for routine inspection. Regulations and timelines vary by country.

TAXES

Sales tax will be applied to orders where required by law.

RETURNS

We hope you love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, items may be returned within 30 days for store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping charges are not refundable.

Returned items must be shipped in their original packaging and arrive back in unused condition. Store credit will be issued once the item has been received and inspected. We cannot offer credit for items that arrive back damaged.

After 30 days, all sales are final.

All discounted items are final sale and may not be returned for store credit. Order deposits are non-refundable.

VINTAGE

Our vintage collection is carefully sourced and curated for both beauty and function.

Each piece is selected for its craftsmanship and character and inspected to ensure structural integrity.

However, gentle patina and signs of wear are inherent to vintage items and are not considered defects.
